Overview and Benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu / Reiki Sessions

In individual sessions on the table, Cynthia combines elements of Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki, personalized for you to decrease your pain and to increase your relaxation, healing and overall energy. You will leave feeling refreshed and peaceful.

These sessions are a potent way to integrate and balance the body’s energy flows on a deep level by identifying and releasing blockages in these pathways. These sessions are especially helpful to support recovery from medical interventions and surgery, as well as impacts from trauma and grief. Complementary to modern medicine, these sessions provide integrative and energetic tools that conventional medicine lacks.

Those who have “fallen through the cracks” of conventional medicine have often found powerful support in Cynthia’s sessions to uplift and nourish the body’s deep energetic pathways. When these pathways are unblocked, balanced and integrated, physical energy can move more efficiently throughout the body, supporting a timely return to vibrant health.

A series of 8 to 10 sessions in sequence is recommended to promote the greatest strides in your healing.

 

Upcoming Tai Chi Classes

 

Wednesday Afternoons Tai Ji Class – 2:45-3:45 PM –  six week class beginning December February 10th and ending March 17th. Price is $150. Classes held on zoom and receive link when you register.

Note: Please feel free to bring a folding chair and your mask for outdoor classes. We will practice social distancing of six feet apart.
