Jin Shin Jyutsu is based on healing techniques discovered in Japan over 1000 years ago. It is a method of healing similar to the practice of acupressure. Jin Shin Jyutsu identifies 26 “safety energy locks” in the body, key points where energy pathways cross.
Tai Chi class starting Tuesdays June 13th- July 25th (no class July 4th & July 11th).
Outdoor Location: North Boulder Park (SW corner at 8th and Alpine) at 10-11am.
Tai Chi is an ancient, healing movement meditation, originating in China 4,000 years ago. The individual postures of Tai Chi are based on movements seen in nature, such as those of water, birds, wind and flowers.
In individual sessions on the table, Cynthia combines elements of Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki, personalized for you to decrease your pain and to increase your relaxation, healing and overall energy. You will leave feeling refreshed and peaceful.
Those who have “fallen through the cracks” of conventional medicine have often found powerful support in Cynthia’s sessions to uplift and nourish the body’s deep energetic pathways. A series of 8 to 10 sessions in sequence is recommended to promote the greatest strides in your healing.

There is no need to run outside
for better seeing
nor peer from a window
rather abide at the center of your being
for the more you leave it
the less you learn.
